This piece jumped out at me from a tangled mass of roots. I was using a prybar to dig away at the compacted dirt, and I uncovered what looked like twisted, contorted arms, torso and head. For some reason, the words "the transmogrification of Lucifer" popped into my head. I wasn't even sure what the word meant at the time. When I went home and looked it up in a dictionary, it made perfect sense, even though my wife says I'll never sell it with that name.
